TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions for the hire of Katherine Williams Counsellor at Ashborne Beauty & Holistic Clinic, London Road, Dereham, Norfolk, NR19 1AF
All bookings and enquiries made to Katherine Williams will be subject to these terms and conditions. Herein, `The supplier”’ will mean Katherine Williams and `The Client”’ will be the person who has booked and/or will be paying for the services of the supplier.
It’s clear that there are times where cancelling a booked appointment may be necessary. However, it should be stressed that when booking an appointment, the service provider has committed that time and the facilities to that booking and contract. You are buying something of value, whether it is possible to attend or not.
Clients are advised that in booking an appointment they are reserving a room and a therapist’s time exclusively for their needs.
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you may do so without charge by giving at least 48 hours notice. This allows your therapist enough time to rebook the cancelled appointment slot and avoid unnecessary service disruption. It also provides an opportunity for those waiting to be accommodated.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will not be charged but “no shows” and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged for in full.
In the case of the Transformation Packages, all fees paid in advance are non refundable. However, they can be used in the future for up to a period of 6 months from the date of payment.
The description of the services offered are set out on my website.
In the case of services tailored to your personal needs, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information you provide is accurate.
All services are subject to availability and we can make changes where necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement. We will notify you of these changes.
Guided Meditation Groups
This service is offered as a block booking of 6 evenings on consecutive Tuesdays, held at the Dance Studio, Northgate High School. The cost is £48 and must be paid in advance. This allows the supplier to obtain enough clients to cover the cost of the hire of the venue and the cost of the therapists that attend the group.
For those clients that find it difficult to commit to a 6 week block booking, there is the alternative of Pay As You Go but at a higher price per week of £10.00. Prior booking is essential to confirm the date.
Your Privacy is critical to the supplier. We respect your privacy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to your personal information.
Where you supply Personal Data to us so we can provide services to you, and we process that personal data in the course of providing the services to you, we will comply with our obligations imposed by the Data Protection Laws.

Circumstances beyond the control of either party

the party will advise the other party as soon as reasonably practicable;and
The party’s obligations will be suspended so far as is reasonable, provided that that party will act reasonably, and the party will not be liable for any failure which it could not reasonably avoid, but this will not affect the client’s above rights relating to cancellation of the service.
