I believe that everyone is an expert on themselves but life's struggles and constraints stops us from being who we really are.


During my counselling sessions I include motivational interviewing, solution focussed work and CBT (Cognitive behavioural Therapy).

In my role as counsellor I am present, honest, empathic and non-judgemental.  I have a huge passion for seeing client's becoming self-aware and empowered.
